Everything in one place

The whole operation, one login.

No modules to buy, no add-ons to unlock. Every piece below is in the box.

Dispatch
The dispatch board: a live map of Charlottetown with pins for each pickup, dropoff and truck, beside a queue of waiting calls showing the vehicle, the route and the estimated completion time.

Every call and every truck on one map.

Who's waiting, who's free, and where every truck actually is — with the drive time to each job worked out for you.

  • Drag a driver onto a call to send it to their phone
  • Distance and ETA on every card, before anyone is assigned
  • Live positions from driver phones, or straight from the trucks
Dispatch · Tracking
The tracking view: a list of drivers showing how many jobs each is carrying and whether they are en route, beside the full detail of the job the selected driver is on.

Follow one driver through their whole day.

Pick a name and see everything they're carrying, in the order they'll get to it.

  • Scheduled work waits on its own tab until the day comes
  • Search by call number, name, plate, address, club or PO
  • History stays searchable long after the call is closed
Invoicing
The invoicing screen: a list of invoices with balances, payment methods and overdue flags, beside an open invoice showing each tow call, its charge and its tax.

Finishing the call writes the invoice.

Nothing retyped, and the calls behind every line stay attached to it.

  • Cash, direct billing and motor club, each handled its own way
  • Sales tax matched from where the vehicle was picked up
  • A pay-online link that puts the card straight into your account
Impounds
The impounds screen: two lots with capacity bars, a breakdown of how long vehicles have been held and what each group has run up, and vehicle cards showing days held and storage accrued.

What's in the lot, and what it's run up.

Storage accrues by the day, per vehicle, and lands on the tow's own bill at release.

  • Notice and auction clocks set per lot, not per company
  • Owner and lienholder details, imported and exported in bulk
  • Released, scrapped or sold — with any surplus still owed tracked
Whiteboard
The whiteboard: a month calendar with each day showing the shift it needs and who is on it, and a banner confirming every shift this week is covered.

See the hole before it's tomorrow morning.

Set what each shift needs, and the board tells you which days don't have it.

  • Minimums per shift and per role — operators and dispatch counted separately
  • Overtime flagged as you assign, before anyone is committed
  • Time-off requests and shift swaps in the same place
Payroll
The payroll screen: a list of staff with what each is owed for the period, beside a breakdown of one person's commission call by call, with the rate applied to each.

Payday adds itself up.

Commission is snapshotted the moment a call completes, at that person's own rate.

  • Two drivers on one job split it automatically
  • Hourly people are covered by their hours instead, never both
  • Adjustments and reimbursements, then send it to QuickBooks
Accounts
The accounts screen: a list of accounts with balances and type, beside one account showing its service calls, revenue before tax, what is still owed, and tabs for pricing, service history, files, invoices and impounds.

Every account, and what it's actually worth.

The police, the body shop and the club each get their own rates and their own history.

  • Negotiated rates per account, and separate rates per payment type
  • Service history, files, invoices and impounds on one record
  • What they still owe you, without opening the books
Reports
The reports screen showing revenue by source: completed calls, booked revenue and a ranked bar chart splitting revenue between direct billing, cash and motor club work, with a table of calls and revenue per source.

Set up the reports that matter most to you.

Drivers, lots, storage, impound aging, fuel, top accounts, service types, revenue sources, the jobs you lost — the ones you actually run, a click away.

  • Pick the window — this month, last quarter, or your own dates
  • Revenue split by where the work actually came from
  • Every one exports to CSV in full, not just what's on screen
Reports · Custom Report
The custom report builder: saved report controls, a date range, filters for service type, status, staff, account, payment type and motor club, and a grid of sixty-seven selectable columns with nineteen ticked.

Or build your own, and save it as a template.

Set it up once, name it, and it’s there every month after — yours or anyone else’s to run.

  • Save any setup as a template and reload it in one click
  • 65+ columns, picked and ordered however you want them
  • Filter by service, status, driver, account, club or payment type
Staff · Permissions
One staff member's permissions: every module listed with its own access level — no access, can view, or can edit — set per person, with one module changed away from what the role gives.

Everyone sees their job, and not the books.

A role sets the starting point. From there you change any one person, one module at a time.

  • No access, can view, or can edit — per module, per person
  • Give a driver the dispatch board without making them a dispatcher
  • Everyone signs in as themselves, and the activity log records who did what
Budget
The budget screen: forecast sales, cost and overhead, profit and margin across the top, with a profit goal set against the margin the business is actually on track for.

What you have to charge to make your margin.

Built from your real operator, equipment and overhead costs — not a percentage somebody guessed at once.

  • Your target margin against what you're actually on track for
  • Rate suggestions that move when the costs under them move
  • Model a wage rise or a new truck payment before you commit to it
Dashboard
The dashboard: a list of what needs attention, tiles for open calls, completed jobs, booked revenue, vehicles in the lot and overdue money, and a twelve-month booked revenue chart.

The morning read, in one screen.

What needs attention first, then the numbers that say how the year is going.

  • Overdue money, calls waiting, and vehicles clear to release
  • Booked revenue by month, with this month marked as unfinished
  • Every figure links through to the screen it came from

And everything else

The rest of it, in one list.

The screens above are the ones you'd live in. This is the whole box.

Dispatch & drivers

  • Live board, list, and map views with drag-to-assign
  • A driver app that keeps working in the dead zone — and stamps each step when it happened, not when it synced
  • Scan a VIN plate or licence plate and the vehicle fills itself in
  • Statuses that stamp themselves from the truck's own movement
  • The whole board on a dispatcher's phone, not just the driver's
  • Fleet management integration — live truck positions from driver phones, or straight from the trucks through the GPS system you already run
  • A tracking link for the customer at each stage, without anyone picking up the phone
  • Two-way messaging on every call

Billing & money

  • Every completed call becomes an invoice on its own
  • Cash, direct billing, and motor club flows — each handled its own way
  • Separate rates for cash, club, and direct billing on the same service
  • After-hours, weekend and holiday surcharges on top of the base rate
  • Emailed motor club jobs land in a queue you accept or decline
  • A month of club calls merged into one monthly invoice
  • A month of an account's invoices sent as one statement
  • Sales tax matched automatically from the pickup location
  • Write-offs, partial payments, and batch runs across a whole date range
  • Stripe integration — a pay-online link on every invoice, and card money lands in your own account, not ours
  • QuickBooks Online sync both ways — invoices out, payments back (Online only, not Desktop)

The yard

  • Impound lots with daily storage that lands on the tow's bill
  • A notice deadline clock per lot, suggested from its address
  • Lien and notice letters as a PDF, starting from your state's own wording and editable from there
  • Owner and lienholder lookups, exported and imported in bulk
  • Release photos and a vehicle-condition record
  • Auction, sale and scrap disposal, with surplus tracked
  • An overdue owner notice raises a flag on the dashboard, not just in the yard

Back office

  • Set up by describing your shop in plain English, or walked through it section by section
  • One search box that finds a call, a vehicle, an account or an invoice from any screen
  • Exports of anything on screen, with the columns you pick
  • Staff scheduling — shifts, coverage, and time-off from the phone
  • Payroll — commission snapshots, hourly windows, adjustments
  • Accounts with negotiated rates, fleet vehicles, and service history
  • Budget-vs-actual pacing, and expiry dates surfaced before they lapse
  • Fuel logged per truck, with cost per job and per litre
  • Everyone signs in as themselves, with an activity log of who did what and per-screen permissions so people see only their job
